Katharine has corporate and commercial experience across multiple regions, including Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. She has held several legal and commercial roles in healthcare, including experience in both listed and private equity owned environments.
She started her career in private practice with top tier firm Allens, moving to Pinsent Masons in London, specialising in litigation and most recently in-house with leading New Zealand retirement village operator and aged care provider, Metlifecare as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Joining Icon in 2023, Katharine provides legal support to the global Icon business including specialist governance support to the Board.
She was educated at Otago University in Dunedin, New Zealand and is admitted to practice in New Zealand, Australia and New York.
