Slade Pharmacy expands national network
As a service provider to Slade and Epic Pharmacy, Icon Group is delighted to recognise the recent alignment of the majority of Epic pharmacies under the Slade brand, delivering a strong network of 70+ Slade pharmacies nationally.

Underpinned by nearly 60 years of excellence in hospital pharmacy and compounding solutions, Slade Pharmacy is Australia’s market leader in the provision of medicine management and comprehensive pharmacy services to the private hospital and oncology sectors.
Group Director – Pharmacy and Compounding, David Slade says this marks the next step in the Group’s pharmacy maturity.
“Aligning our pharmacy network to Slade will create harmonisation of our processes and enable us to better connect our extensive service offerings through both our hospital and community pharmacies,” said David.
“This includes our unique ability to provide complete end-to-end solutions for hospital partners, leveraging our Slade Health TGA-licensed manufacturing facilities.

Moving forward as Slade Pharmacy
As part of this national rebrand, more than 25 Epic Pharmacy sites and Icon pharmacies across Australia will transition to Slade Pharmacy by the end of 2024.
The transition to Slade Pharmacy will see Icon Group continue to support service delivery to these pharmacies underpinned by the same team, systems and processes, to ensure a seamless transition for hospital staff, doctors, customers and patients.
