Lynda is committed to placing patients at the heart of everything she does giving her time selflessly to the service of others even in the most challenging patient interactions.
Leading with kindness, she builds and maintains solid relationships with our patients, team members and stakeholders.
She goes out of her way to remember patients’ names, their little life details and where each person is up to in their treatment journey.
A mother of two, she has always been a natural giver and nurturer and found her calling at Icon Group.
Lynda’s proudest moment so far was the experience of being nominated to attend the 2022 Icon Group Annual Awards night in Brisbane, where she took out both the Connect value award and the Icon of the Year award.
She was recognised by her teammates for her incredible kindness and how she fosters connection across the team and with patients to provide the best care possible.
She will often go out of her way to do home deliveries outside of her work hours to ensure patients can complete their treatments without disruption.
