This newly created global role will oversee and lead the direction of Icon Group’s future growth with a focus on sustainable developments and opportunities that will help us meet our mission to deliver exceptional care to more people.
Aldo brings over 20 years of clinical and operational healthcare experience, having worked at leading organisations including Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and GenesisCare.
In his most recent role at GenesisCare Aldo was responsible for operational excellence across Australia, the US, the United Kingdom, and Spain and worked closely with local teams to implement new patient services and clinical initiatives and establish government and private partnerships to deliver successful cancer care.
Aldo is an engaged leader with a strong track record in operational efficiencies particularly in radiation therapy services, quality and safety, and funding management, enabling clinical teams to focus on patient-centred care. He says teamwork and a sense of purpose underscores successful healthcare.
