Assistant Marketing Manager - Kuala Lumpur


This role encompasses marketing communications support and requires excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with doctors and partners.

Marketing Communications
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing plans encompassing digital, social media and offline marketing to achieve campaign objectives which involves
  • Developing, writing and posting social media content for our social media channels
  • Updating website content
  • Assisting in the production of marketing collaterals such as brochures, name cards and signages etc for centres
  • Executing email blast campaigns
  • Liaising with doctors, internal stakeholders, external vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns are launched on time.
Events
  • Plan and execute end-to-end online or in-person events which includes publicity, RSVPs management, event management etc
  • Support and assist in the project management of CSR partnership projects
Others
  • Assist and support any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned which support the overall healthcare function and commercial interests of the company
Requirements
  • Preferably a degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
  • At least 3 – 4 years of relevant experience, healthcare experience will be an added advantage, willing to travel within Malaysia if needed.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player who can work well with doctors, partners and cross-functional departments and vendors.
  • Meticulous with an ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ensure prompt follow-up and project management and keep to tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently and results driven
  • Ability to create content for social media and website through design, photography and video production will have an added advantage
