This role encompasses marketing communications support and requires excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with doctors and partners.
Marketing Communications
- Plan and execute integrated marketing plans encompassing digital, social media and offline marketing to achieve campaign objectives which involves
- Developing, writing and posting social media content for our social media channels
- Updating website content
- Assisting in the production of marketing collaterals such as brochures, name cards and signages etc for centres
- Executing email blast campaigns
- Liaising with doctors, internal stakeholders, external vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns are launched on time.
- Plan and execute end-to-end online or in-person events which includes publicity, RSVPs management, event management etc
- Support and assist in the project management of CSR partnership projects
- Assist and support any ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned which support the overall healthcare function and commercial interests of the company
- Preferably a degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
- At least 3 – 4 years of relevant experience, healthcare experience will be an added advantage, willing to travel within Malaysia if needed.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player who can work well with doctors, partners and cross-functional departments and vendors.
- Meticulous with an ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ensure prompt follow-up and project management and keep to tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and results driven
- Ability to create content for social media and website through design, photography and video production will have an added advantage
