The Opportunity:
Join the Slade Pharmacy team at Epworth Hospital in Richmond on a permanent, full-time basis, and play a key role in supporting our dynamic pharmacy department. Reporting directly to the Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Leadership Team. In this position, you will also lead our Customer Service Officers, ensuring that all our patients and clients receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the Leadership team at Richmond high-level administrative support
- Preparation of meeting agendas and documentation of minutes for committees
- Staff recruitment and onboarding support
- Management and develop the Customer Service Team

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Positive and engaged working style and approach to work and stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and escalate issues as required
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Proven ability to work autonomously and exercise good judgement and initiative
