Join our People and Capability team and play a key role in leading our global compensation and benefits practices across Icon Group. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, analysing and interpreting our global people-related data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of risk.

The opportunity - Data and Reporting Analyst

We are looking for an early‑career Data Analyst who’s ready to take the next step. You may already work in healthcare and want a change, or you may be looking to break into the sector -either way, this role gives you the chance to support teams who directly influence patient outcomes around the world. 

In this role, you’ll thrive if you love working with data and enjoy transforming insights into clear, meaningful stories for stakeholders. Based within our People & Capability team, experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential. What is essential is your proven capability with Excel and Power BI, and an eagerness to learn and grow. 

You’ll work closely with business leaders and the P&C team, taking a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach that supports best practice, compliance, and effective decision‑making. This role has a truly global scope, allowing your work to influence outcomes across the Icon Group worldwide.
