We have multiple part-time Dispensary Pharmacist positions available at Slade Pharmacy Albert St, located in the Epworth Freemasons Hospital, East Melbourne. Working from either Tuesday to Wednesday, or Wednesday to Saturday, you will ensure that all pharmacy activities are completed to a high standard whilst supporting the quality use of medicines.

The Rosters:

Position 1 – Permanent Part-Time - 4 days per week, 68 hours per fortnight.
- Wednesday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
- Saturday, 8:00am to 2:00pm.
- Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00am to 2:00pm.
- Be efficient and effective at dispensing and distribution of medication
- Provide efficient pharmacy services
- Provide medication counselling & education to patients
- Work cooperatively and effectively with multidisciplinary teams and counsel patients on the proper use of medications
- Monitor the accuracy of prescriptions dispensed by pharmacy technicians
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
- Contribute to training and educational sessions for pharmacy, nursing, medical staff and allied health professionals
- Assist in overseeing imprest services, ensuring continuity of medication supply

Our ideal candidate will:
- Be a pharmacist with current AHPRA general registration.
- Have previous dispensing experience as a pharmacist in an Australian or New Zealand pharmacy.
- Be flexible and adaptable to work within diverse teams.
- Possess strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
- Be able to demonstrate strong time management, communication and teamwork skills.
