About the Role
We have a fantastic permanent part-time opportunity for a Dispensary Technician to join our dynamic team at Slade Pharmacy Richmond, located at the main entrance of Epworth Private Hospital – Victoria’s largest private hospital. This unique role combines hospital dispensary work with front-of-house retail pharmacy services, giving you the chance to develop a broad range of pharmacy skills in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Working Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, this role is ideal for someone looking to balance work and life, with the option to swap an evening shift for an alternating Saturday morning. You’ll be part of a large, collaborative team delivering medications and personalised advice to both public-facing retail customers and private hospital patients, including those discharged from the hospital.

This is not your average retail pharmacy role – you'll have the opportunity to step out from behind the counter and engage directly with patients. From assisting with dispensary tasks to supporting IVF and fertility services, you'll play a key role in our fast-paced, multi-faceted pharmacy. We welcome experienced dispensary technicians as well as pharmacy assistants with dispensing experience who are ready to step into the next stage of their career. Hospital experience is not required – we provide comprehensive training to support your transition.

Join us at Slade Pharmacy Richmond and take your career to the next level while making a real difference in the lives of patients every day.
