About the Role
As a Hospital Pharmacist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality clinical pharmacy services that support safe and effective patient care. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll apply and further develop your clinical expertise in a supportive and fast‑paced hospital environment.
  
Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting.
  • Dispensing medication in a retail setting with a focus on professional services including vaccinations
  • Conduct medication history interviews and reconciliation at transitions of care.
  • Provide medication counselling and education to patients.
  • Monitor medication outcomes and manage adverse drug reactions.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to provide the best patient care.
  • Participate in training sessions for pharmacy, medical, and nursing staff.
  • Support quality use of medicines through various audits and projects.
  
About You

Essential requirements:
  • Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice
  • Permanent Australian working rights.
  • Minimum 1-year Australian Pharmacist experience.
  • Personal Indemnity insurance.
