What You’ll Do
You will provide hands-on clinical pharmacy services, support patient care and work closely with a multidisciplinary team. This is the perfect environment to sharpen your skills and gain experience that will open doors to future opportunities. 
  • Be efficient and effective dispensing and distribution of medication. 
  • Conduct, therapeutic drug monitoring, monitor medication outcomes and adverse drug reaction management. 
  • Provide medication counselling & education to patients. 
  • Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to a clinical area. 
  • Conduct medication history interviews, medication reconciliation and pharmaceutical reviews at transfers of care. 
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide advice about patient care. 
  • Contribute to training and educational sessions for pharmacy, nursing, medical staff and allied health professionals. 
  • Support the quality use of medicines by participating in projects, audits, working groups or committees as required. 
  • Opportunity to be introduced to our oncology pharmacy services 

What You’ll Bring
You are an adaptable Pharmacist who possess strong communication, interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload to deliver the best possible care to patients. Hospital experience will be well regarded but isn’t mandatory, as we’ll provide comprehensive training to support your transition.

Essential requirements:
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-months from date of employment.
  • Ability to work the advertised shifts.
  • Pharmacist registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
  • Minimum 1-year Pharmacist practice experience.
  • Personal Indemnity insurance. 

Desirable skills & experience:
  • Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy.
