The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Slade Pharmacy, located in Hollywood Private Hospital, Western Australia. You will be part of an innovative and multidisciplinary team delivering outstanding pharmacy services to our client hospital and their patients.

About the Role
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be assisting in preparing prescriptions, handling customer queries, and ensuring the timely supply of medications.
  
Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality pharmacy services to hospital staff, patients, and customers
  • Dispensing and supplying medications for hospital and cancer patients
  • Assisting with imprest and pharmacy inventory management
  • Delivering and collecting medications to and from hospital wards
  • Entering patient-specific data into the pharmacy database
  • Assisting with patient account enquiries and resolving issues
  • Liaising with hospital staff and associated personnel
  • Supporting the pharmacy team with general administrative tasks

About You
You are a dedicated Pharmacy Technician with dispensing experience in an Australian pharmacy setting.
  
Essential Requirements
  • Dispensing experience in an Australian based hospital or community pharmacy
  • Be able to address patient needs with confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism
  • Permanent Australian working rights
  • The ability to work autonomously in a team environment
  
Preferred Requirements
  • Dispensary Technician Certificate or equivalent as recognised by the Pharmacy Board of Australia
