We’re looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive projects that truly make a difference.

What’s the role about?
As part of our IT Clinical Systems team, you’ll be at the heart of exciting initiatives, from opening new cancer centres to implementing cutting-edge clinical technologies and software. You’ll work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders across the business, ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a 12-month full-time contract role, backfilling an internal secondment, with potential for extension.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and support IT projects from start to finish
• Set up project files, compile reports, and keep everything on track using project management tools
• Act as the go-to contact for suppliers and monitor performance data
• Assist with onboarding activities and maintain knowledge management systems
• Support budgeting processes and ensure projects meet financial targets
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality standards across all activities

What we’re looking for:

• A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in IT delivery or similar roles
• Strong organisational and time management skills — you know how to prioritise and plan ahead
• Ability to work independently while building collaborative relationships
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• A commitment to learning, adaptability, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety
