About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care, with clinical and operational excellence. You will oversee the daily operations, resource management, and quality assurance processes to maintain a patient-centred approach.
You will:
- Drive operational performance and patient experience
- Lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative team
- Oversee clinical excellence by monitoring clinical KPIs
- Oversee financial, HR, and quality KPIs
- Manage resources efficiently to optimise workflow, quality, and productivity
- Foster strong relationships with doctors and stakeholders
- Partner with Business Development to implement strategic initiatives
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery
We're seeking a proactive, adaptable leader with:
- Experience in healthcare leadership and service delivery
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- A collaborative, people-first leadership style
- A passion for excellence and innovation in patient care
- Qualifications in healthcare (preferred), health administration, or business (desirable)
- Previous experience working in oncology is advantageous
