We are looking to hire a Partnerships Manager to lead business development efforts by driving strategic initiatives and cultivating partnerships with corporates, insurers, healthcare providers, and other key collaborators. This position will be instrumental in building and strengthening relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Job Description:
Commercial Excellence & Planning (Data)
- Support the identification and evaluation of investment opportunities, including M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures in healthcare.
- Assist with due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation for strategic initiatives.
- Support data analysis in developing investment cases aligned with regional healthcare trends and regulatory environments.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to execute deals and monitor post-investment performance.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of commercial strategies to improve sales force effectiveness and market penetration.
- Assist with pricing, contract governance, and referral channel management across ASEAN.
- Leverage data analytics and market research to inform senior management in strategic decision-making and to identify growth opportunities.
- Support and facilitate regular check-ins and performance reviews with insurance, agent, TPA, and VC partners to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
- Assist in driving operational efficiency and implementing commercial planning frameworks for regional concierge teams.
- Support the conduct of regular business reviews and performance tracking to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Support the facilitation of cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Support the alignment of regional strategies with global corporate objectives and healthcare trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Management.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in healthcare strategy, commercial planning, or investment roles.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM, Tableau, Excel, and financial modeling platforms.
- Experience in multinational healthcare organizations or consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of MedTech, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare delivery models preferred.
- Proven experience in ASEAN markets and navigating complex regulatory environments preferred.
