The Opportunity
Working in this role you will work closely with the Site Quality Managers, Medical Affairs and National Quality Leadership team. The Pharmacovigilance Associate will support patient safety requirements by monitoring, assessing, and reporting the safety of Slade Health products once supplied to market.
The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday.  Flexibility may be required on occasion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complaint management
  • Regulatory reporting and update.  This includes both TGA and Medsafe
  • Signal and Safety surveillance.  Trend and action any adverse trends.  Lead and manage signal detection activities
  • Maintain and update all relevant Standard Operating Procedures and training.  Update Quality Management team of PV updates and requirements
About You
  • Experience in a pharmacy, compounding, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or quality environment
  • Detailed understanding of:
    • Adverse event identification
    • Complaints handling
    • Documentation and data integrity
    • Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
  • Applicable Regulatory & Professional Frameworks
  • TGA expectations for compounded medicines
  • Australian GMP requirements for compounding
  • TGA guidance on adverse event reporting
