About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate Radiation Therapist to join our dynamic team for a 6-month full-time contract. Reporting to the Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality planning and treatment services aligned with the Radiation Oncologist’s prescription.
  
What You’ll Do
  • Implement planning and treatments that best meet patient needs
  • Ensure compliance with protocols for safe, efficient, and exceptional care
  • Collaborate across departments to provide holistic cancer care
Our Technology & Techniques
You’ll work with a full Varian suite (TrueBeam, Aria, Eclipse) and advanced techniques, including:
  • Stereotactic treatments
  • Deep Inspiration Breath Hold (DIBH)
  • 4DCT
  • Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT)
  • LDR brachytherapy
  • Auto Beam Hold
Equipment includes:
  • Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator
  • Eclipse Treatment Planning System
  • Aria Patient Information Management System

About You
You’re a motivated, adaptable, and compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  
Skills & Experience
  • AHPRA registration as a Radiation Therapist
  • WA Radiation Licence to use a radiation source
  • Experience in planning and plan checking across various techniques
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Leadership capability and mentoring experience
  • Experience with stereotactic techniques (desirable)
  • Familiarity with private healthcare service models
