Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for oncology care. While experience in Radiation or Medical Oncology is highly desirable, we also welcome nurses with backgrounds in:

• High-acuity care
• Immunocompromised patient management
• Wound care
• Palliative care

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Icon, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients undergoing Radiotherapy. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you’ll:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualised care plans
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
• Monitor and manage treatment side effects
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
• Contribute to clinical trials and the implementation of new therapies  

This role offers a high level of autonomy within a close-knit, supportive team – and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients during their treatment journey.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current AHPRA registration
• A genuine interest in oncology nursing and ongoing professional development
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a multidisciplinary, patient-centric environment
• Confidence using clinical administration systems
