Remuneration and Data Lead


Join our People and Capability team and play a key role in leading our global compensation and benefits practices across Icon Group.  The role is responsible for designing, implementing, analysing and interpreting our global people related data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of risk.

The opportunity - Remuneration and Data Lead
We’re expanding and we move quickly.  The success of everything we do comes down to our incredible people who deliver patient facing and back of house services across our large and complex organisation.  We’re looking for someone to lead our global remuneration, benefits and data practices to achieve Icon’s objectives in attracting, motivating, and retaining high performing and passionate employees.

The role will also see you:
  • Design and implement our global remuneration job family architecture
  • Oversee and continue to review the group’s benefits structure to maximise benefits to employees as well as return on company investment.
  • Research and analyse market remuneration and benefits information and make recommendations to ensure the competitiveness of Icon’s practices.
  • Lead the annual salary review and incentive programs.
  • Play an integral role in supporting remuneration design related to enterprise agreements.
  • Lead and provide critical analytical thinking, on the development and implementation of people related data insights that empower leaders. 
Working very closely with business leaders and the P&C team, success in the role will come from a cohesive advisory approach with strong focus on collaborative solutions-focused services that drive best practice, compliance, and risk mitigation to the business. This role is global is scope.
