What You’ll Do 
As Senior Graphic Design Officer, you’ll create engaging visual content across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. 
  
You’ll work closely with the Creative and Brand Experience team to promote the Icon Group brand, which spans over 50 sites and 3,500 staff worldwide.  
  
Despite our global footprint, you’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team within Strategic Communications & Brand. In this role, you’ll mentor a junior designer, contribute to creative strategy, and report directly to the Creative and Brand Experience Lead. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Create and manage design projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop brand-aligned collateral for marketing, communications, events, and digital platforms.
  • Video editing and multimedia content creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Support and mentor a junior designer - be a creative guide and team contributor
  • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

You’ve got a good handle on juggling deadlines, sharing your ideas clearly, and thinking strategically about design. You enjoy working with others, thrive in a team setting, and know how to keep multiple projects moving without missing a beat. 
 
Essential Requirements 
  • Tertiary qualification in design, digital media, visual communication, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentorship through collaborative guidance in a team environment – either with junior graphic designers or other members as part of your team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Advanced experience in both print and digital design.
  • Strong project management skills
 
Desirable Skills & Experience 
  • Familiarity with brand governance and social media content creation.
  • Experience across both agency and in-house design environments.
  • Some experience in video editing and animation (you don’t have to be an expert)
