Senior Marketing Manager (Icon Cancer Centre, ANZ) - Icon Group, South Brisbane


Step into a hands-on senior marketing role within a fast-growing global healthcare organisation. Icon Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, responsible for marketing activity for our Icon Cancer Centre network throughout Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing, you’ll manage the Icon Cancer Centre marketing program and a small marketing team, remaining actively involved in strategic planning, campaign delivery and content generation. You’ll deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives that drive patient growth, referrer engagement and brand awareness across a national healthcare network.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading the delivery of the Icon Cancer Centre marketing program across ANZ
  • Translating business priorities into practical marketing campaigns and initiatives that support patient growth and referrer engagement
  • Leading national marketing initiatives including centre launches, growth campaigns and network engagement programs
  • Managing and mentoring a small marketing team responsible for campaign delivery and marketing coordination
  • Coordinating marketing workflow across the team to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule
  • Working closely with the Head of Strategic Marketing and CX and ICC leadership team to set the ICC marketing strategy in alignment with business priorities
  • Monitoring marketing performance and providing insights to support ongoing improvement of campaigns and initiatives
  • Ensuring global marketing frameworks and playbooks are adapted effectively for the AU/NZ market
  • Collaborating with other marketing teams across Icon Group to support integrated marketing programs

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Minimum 10 years’ marketing experience, with demonstrated involvement in planning and delivering campaigns.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work with operational and executive teams
  • Experience translating business priorities into practical marketing plans and initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate marketing activity across a team
  • Relevant experience within healthcare or other service-based industries is highly regarded
