We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Pharmacy & Compounding division on a 12-month maximum term contract.
  
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to major technology uplift projects, including the migration from AX2012 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and the integration of dispensing and inventory systems. About the Role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll be a key contributor to Icon’s Pharmacy Uplift programme, supporting both finance and dispensing/inventory projects. You’ll gather and document integration requirements, support development and testing, and ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document integration and configuration requirements.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for integration development. 
  • Document system configurations and integration points
  • Validate data flows between various systems/platforms
  • Provide clear requirements and documentation for the integration specialists to commence development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Support onboarding of technical consultants with clear documentation
  
About You
You’re an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of ERP systems and healthcare/pharmacy integrations. You bring strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  
Essential Requirements
  • Full Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-months from date of employment.
  • Minimum 4-years’ experience as a Business Analysis, including involvement in large-scale ERP or pharmacy/healthcare integration projects.
  • Experience with InterSystems IRIS, AX2012, and D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science or related field/experience. 
  
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with HL7 messaging, API/file-based integrations.
  • Prior experience integrating dispensing/inventory solutions with financial platforms (AX/D365).
  • Background in pharmacy, healthcare or retail industries.
