As Group Manager – Clinical Governance & Quality at Icon Group, Catherine leads the organisation’s global governance and quality agenda across our large and growing network of cancer centres. She commenced her career as a Radiation Therapist, working across Queensland, Victoria and the United Kingdom, providing the clinical foundations that shaped her strong commitment to patient safety and system level improvement.

With more than 20 years’ experience, Catherine has held senior operational and governance roles across Australia and Singapore, driving uplift in risk management maturity, accreditation performance and data driven executive reporting. She has led groupwide frameworks, digital reporting improvements and cross border alignment of clinical governance systems.

Recognised as the 2024 Middleton Scholar and a finalist in the 2024 Governance Top 100, she is a values driven, globally minded leader committed to building capability, strengthening culture and enabling safe, consistent care across Icon’s international network.

Catherine is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), further strengthening her expertise in contemporary governance, risk and board oversight. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from RMIT University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia.
