As the leader of Icon’s cancer services in China, Chelsea brings together the best aspects of Chinese and Australian cancer care to improve services in the region.
Chelsea holds a Master of Business Administration from Peking University and has over 10 years’ experience in healthcare services management, with a particular focus on business planning and operational management. Her in-depth knowledge of private hospital sectors and extensive experience collaborating with public hospitals and medical teams has supported the successful delivery of healthcare services across China.
During her career, Chelsea has established a number of significant healthcare services including a hospital-based neurosurgical service, the development of primary care clinics from business model through to operation, a rehabilitation hospital, and numerous oncology centres which encompassed surgical, radiation and medical oncology services.
With a passion for delivering quality healthcare in China and improving working conditions for Chinese healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, technicians and administration staff, Chelsea is well placed to lead Icon Group’s growth within the Chinese market.
