Sam has over 25 years’ professional experience in human resources, including more than a decade in executive leadership roles within complex, multi‑site and international organisations. Her experience spans organisational design and transformation, M&A due diligence and integration, strategic and operational HR, talent and capability, and culture and engagement—bringing a strong enterprise lens to people leadership in highly regulated, operationally intensive and multinational environments.
As Chief People Officer at Icon Group, Sam leads the global people agenda across the organisation’s expanding international footprint. She partners closely with executive and regional leaders to ensure Icon’s culture, capability and ways of working continue to evolve as the organisation grows and scales.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Business (International Business and Human Resource Management) and a Master of Employment Law, both with distinction, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
