The Opportunity:
Join the Slade Health team at our facility in Mt Waverley on a permanent, full-time basis, and play a key role in supporting the two General Managers in our pharmaceutical compounding department. A hybrid working model is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide our commercial and operations GMs with high-level administrative support
• Preparation of meeting agendas, presentations, reporting and documentation of minutes for committees
• Staff recruitment and onboarding support

We are looking for an individual who is driven, with exceptional customer service skills and a desire to further their career whilst providing exceptional administrative support to our leaders.
Our ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Positive and engaged working style and approach to work and stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and escalate issues as required
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Proven ability to work autonomously and exercise good judgement and initiative
