About the role:
The role of Change Manager sits within our Transformation and Change Office based at head office in South Brisbane. Reporting to the Group Change Manager you will work closely with Project Managers on select projects to provide exceptional change delivery. This role is an initial fixed term contract position likely to exceed 12 months.
  
This is an exciting opportunity to manage change on projects that are part of a large Group-wide transformation programme. You will have proven experience in large-scale ERP, CRM or similar complex technology projects and a passion for providing people-centric change strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Applying the Icon Group Change Management Framework to project delivery
  • Completing stakeholder and impact assessments
  • Managing communications and engagement activities
  • Planning change activities against project milestones
  • Organising training in conjunction with vendors
  • Providing specialist advice and strategies to increase awareness, adoption and usage
  • Measuring and monitoring adoption and effectiveness of communication strategies over the course of the project
  • Working closely with the Project Manager to react quickly to additional requirements and needs of the project.
  
About you:
  
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills. You will take on direct change management responsibilities for allocated projects, and drive change activities to ensure the successful delivery of these projects.

  • Tertiary qualification in psychology, business or communications
  • Proven experience as change manager on technology projects
  • Expert knowledge of change management methodologies ideally ADKAR
  • Exceptional communicator who presents as credible and professional
  • Confident to take ownership and leadership of change for your project
  • Able to assimilate into Icon Group and work collaborative with the existing team and adhere to Icon Group frameworks and standards
  • Prosci certification is desirable
  • Experience in healthcare highly regarded.
