An internal promotion has created a vacancy for our Group Manager Employee Relations role.  This is a permanent full-time position, based at our global head office in South Brisbane (close to all public transport and across the road from Messina if you have a sweet tooth and already know the area).
The Group Manager ER role leads our Employee Relations function in providing strategic and operational advice and leadership in delivering employee relations and industrial relations advisory services to the Group.

We’re looking for someone with the commitment and connection to lead our Employee Relations Team.  If your background has seen you in an ER / IR leadership role ideally within a complex business structure, read on!  
As the subject matter expert and escalation point, you will be providing strategic and operational advice to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery that positively impacts culture and drives corporate compliance initiatives.  This role offers a diverse portfolio enabling you to deliver effective people management solutions, oversee strategic enterprise bargaining activities and support our business in its expansion through Mergers & Acquisitions.  Will the role see you interacting with unions, statutory bodies, commissions, tribunals, legal representatives, Executive and all levels of management?  For sure!  Always something new on the horizon?  You bet!
