About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to build your leadership capability, influence multidisciplinary teams and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee day to day dispensary operations and service delivery across Epworth Richmond and affiliated sites, including inpatient and discharge dispensing and on call services
  • Provide leadership and oversight across pharmacists, technician teams and delivery staff, ensuring a cohesive and high functioning service

  • Support and collaborate with the stores team to ensure efficient supply and inventory management across the site
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders including Epworth teams, the Director of Pharmacy and the wider Richmond Leadership Team
  • Contribute as an active member of the Richmond senior leadership group, influencing service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with other Slade teams locally and across the broader network to drive consistency and excellence
