An outstanding career opportunity now exists for an individual with Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor experience to identify and implement strategies as the People and Capability Manager for Icon’s Pharmacy Services division.  This is a significant component of our Australian operations, encompassing roughly 1000 employees across 7 state and territories. You’ll be responsible for rolling out initiatives to enable our leaders to build a capable and engaged workforce.

Reporting to a Head of Business Partnering role and supporting their overarching strategic direction for the Pharmacy division, you will have the autonomy to plan and implement portfolio-specific operational strategies while also working with the broader Business Partnering team to align People and Capability strategies, programs and initiatives across the organisation.

Are you:
  • Experienced in delivering HR/P&C strategies and programs within a customer and service focused commercial organisation, ideally with an understanding of Health Sector levers, drivers, and external forces
  • Comfortable managing complex ER/IR matters
  • Adept at presenting to, and negotiating with senior management and Executive
  • Ready to work in an amazing P&C team and for a values-driven organisation where the connection and engagement is felt and fostered all the way up to the CEO
  • Wanting to be compensated fairly and in line with your BP / HR Senior Advisor experience
