About the role:
We have permanent part-time opportunities available at our Bridge Road pharmacy in the Epworth Hospital Richmond where you will be welcomed by our collaborative and supportive team. This will be a dual-purpose role which encompasses both an administrative component assisting in IVF orders via email or phone and front of shop pharmacy assistant responsibilities.
  
You will job share and may be required to work anywhere between Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm and weekends 8am - 5pm. Once in the job you will be provided with a roster. There is flexibility on the amount of hours worked per week. 

As the first point of contact for customers, you will strive to provide exceptional service and professional advice on over-the-counter products, triaging patients in-store or over the phone and booking appointments.

About you:
We are seeking positive, team-focused individuals who have a 'can-do' attitude and are able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to provide high-quality customer service and strong organisational skills. Previous experience in an administration or pharmacy is required.
