About the role:
This is an amazing opportunity to join our Slade Pharmacy team based onsite at the Epworth Hospital in Richmond on a permanent full-time capacity. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience while partnering with an expert team of local staff and doctors to leave a positive impact on patient care.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge
  • Support and counsel patients on the proper use of medicines
  • Support, liaise and educate hospital staff
About you:
We are seeking a patient-focused pharmacist who is eager to collaborate with our team and hospital staff. With effective written and verbal communication skills, you will use your experience to contribute to patient care. High attention to detail and the ability to independently solve problems in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
You will need to have experience working as a registered pharmacist in an Australian based pharmacy.
