Pharmacy Courier - Epic Pharmacy Lismore

The opportunity:
We are looking for a casual Pharmacy Medical Courier to join us at Epic Pharmacy based at St Vincent’s Private Hospital, Lismore.
Working on a casual basis you will support the delivery of medical supplies to the local area including hospitals and oncology clinics.  You will be joining a team of highly specialised pharmacists and technicians to meet the growing needs of patients undergoing treatment within the hospital, aged care facility, community, and cancer centres. 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in pharmacy.
Key responsibilities: 
  • Local deliveries to pharmacies, doctors’ surgeries, nursing homes, cancer centres and customers
  • Delivery of oncology medication to any of our oncology centres including Tweed Heads, Byron Bay, Murwillumbah, Ballina and Lismore
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery documentation including company motor vehicle logbooks
  • Ensure compliance with defined delivery schedules and work with the team to arrange alternate delivery options when required
  • Assist with management of ward medication stock and activities
  • Undertake stock management activities such as ordering, receiving, and putting away stock
  • Support general operational requirements across the service where required
